Service Requests

To make a service request, Simply ship your unit along with your full name, address, phone number, model/serial number, and description of the problem. Please include the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.
If your unit is out of warranty, we require a $60 deposit which can be paid either by check or credit card.  If you approve the repair estimate, the deposit will be applied towards the total cost of repair.

  Shipping Instructions

We don’t require an RA number or preapproval. Simply ship your unit along with your full name, address, phone number, model/serial number, and description of the problem. For warranty repairs, please include proof of purchase.

Before packing, write down the serial number for your records, which will also serve as a tracking number with us.

Ship your unit to the following address (include a copy of your receipt for warranty repairs):
